Proofreading

Proofreading is the final step when it comes to your manuscript, where your work goes through one final round of editing to check for any lingering errors. It is both a textual and visual process as it involves reviewing the material in its final format before publication. But before going to print, I will make sure that all changes from the previous rounds of editing have been properly included and that no new errors have been introduced. Aside from checking for any remaining spelling, grammar, or punctuation errors, I will also flag any typographical or formatting issues such as page breaks, widows and orphans, wrong fonts, header and title consistency, etc. By the end of this final proofread, your manuscript is ready to meet the world!
